Our offices are based right in the middle of Soho, and yes, we have a roof terrace... which we're 'not allowed to use'... shh. We take you out to lunch, every day. Apparently your dad was wrong, there is such a thing as a free lunch! If you think you can code better from your sofa, that's fine by us. Choose whether to work from home or the office. We'll buy you any books or software you want (The Sims doesn't count), just ask and we'll get it in. All of our staff get duvet days. If you've worked a couple late nights on the trot and just can't face coming in, don't. Talking of late nights, if you're stuck in the office, we'll buy you dinner and a cab ride home. Now doesn't that sound lovely?
