More and more business are joining the bustling, intense world of social media. Not only is it a great way of managing customer service issues, a good social media presence allows companies to reach out to customers in a whole new way. This is your chance to show your human side, add a little humor and personality to an otherwise serious image.
The question on every CEO’s lips?
What return will I see from my investment?
We noticed this little treasure over on the MDG Blog, and had to share it with you.

  • I’m an acquaintance of the owners of a fairly well known British brand, and they are yet to join the world of social media. I’ve had a hard time convincing them that using social media as an extra form of marketing and reaching their customers can only better their company & will in no way change their image for the worse. I’ve just passed this blog onto them & after having a read, they’re starting to get the idea!!

  • Interesting blog subject, I don’t think there’s enough talk on the web about this sort of stuff. Social media Is such a huge part of social networking & I think If companies paid more attention to the opinions of the people who are actually using the social networks, they might reap the benefits.
