As we are all very aware, the spread of COVID-19 is having a significant impact across the UK and society at large. Certain industries are more impacted than others, and the SME economy is particularly challenged.
We want to share with you what DueDil is doing to keep our staff healthy, so that DueDil as a business stays in a strong position to continue supporting all of our valued clients.
Since the beginning of the crisis, we have carefully monitored the situation and have implemented the UK Government guidelines, and started progressively preparing for the activation of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). As of Wednesday 18th March we have taken the decision to close our London Office until further notice and implement a mandatory Work From Home (WFH) policy for all our staff, including the DueDil leadership.
As a technology company, DueDil partners with best-in class cloud providers (e.g. Google Cloud), as well as other digital suppliers, hence our ‘value-chain’ is minimally impacted by the current situation. The resilience of our technology and processes allows all of our staff to work remotely without disrupting the quality and scope of the service DueDil delivers to you.
Of course, we can’t predict how long the health crisis will last; however, we will continue to take active measures to safeguard our team and ensure the availability of the DueDil platform. The DueDil leadership is committed to the safety of our team members, and the quality and safety of the service we provide to our customers. We are also determined and focused on our endeavour to make the SME economy work better, removing friction between the providers of vital services such as Banking, Insurance and Technology to the SMEs that so badly need them. This mission we are on takes even more importance in these very special and challenging times. You can count on us to do our utmost to contribute as much as is in our power to help our SME economy weather these challenging times.
